| Dr. McQuaid
has been in private
practice since moving to Colorado in 1989, joining Centennial
Eye Associates in 2001. He enjoys lecturing, clinical training
and travel as he periodically returns to teach optometry in
Thailand. He has published articles on optical thin films,
optometry and public health. |

Helen
is the Optical Manager for
Centennial Eye Associates. She began her optical career in 1986
and has been an integral member of the CEA team since 1999. She
is regarded by many to be an "eyefashion expert," by finding the
perfect match of frame styles, colors and shapes to individual facial
characteristics. |

Christa
is a Certified Optician with the American Board of
Opticianry. She stays current on all the latest
developments in vision optics, frame materials and other options
available to provide the highest quality pair of glasses.
She has been a valued member of the CEA team since 2003 and is
respected by her peers as the "VSP Guru." |

Camie, with us since 2005, is a Certified Ophthalmic Technician.
She is Dr. Burrell's Surgical Coordinator and receives ongoing
training and education in the latest developments of
intra-ocular lenses (IOL) and related vision enhancements. She
has been in the field of ophthalmology since 1989 and excels at
helping patients choose the right vision correction option for
their cataract surgery. |
| Kari, a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, came to
us from California in 2007 to be our LASIK Coordinator and
Pharmaceutical Research Coordinator. She has been in the
field of ophthalmology since 1999. She has assisted in
various surgeries including LASIK, cataract, and glaucoma.

Alicia
joined our
team in 2008 as an Ophthalmic Technician and Cosmetic Counselor.
She attends numerous training classes annually to help our
patients achieve the aesthetic results they seek. She has been
an ophthalmic technician since completing her specialized
ophthalmic education in 2000. If you are looking for
clearer, more rejuvenated and youthful skin, Alicia can assist
you. |
| Jennifer
came to CEA in 2008 and is certified as an Ophthalmic Technician
and a Contact Lens Technician. She has worked in the
fields of optometry and ophthalmology since 2000 and assists the
doctors in delivering a superior level of care and treatment. |

Connie
joined our
team in 2006 to head up our Insurance & Billing department.
She began her career in medical billing in 1968 and ophthalmic
medical billing in 1988. With almost 40 years of
experience, Connie has the knowledge and experience it takes to
get the job done. |
| Tricia
came to CEA in 2006 to be the Front
Desk Coordinator. She has served in the customer service
arena for most of her working life and takes pride in getting
to know personally each patient and their respective needs.

With over 20 years of medical office experience, Carol has
